We want you to be completely happy with your purchase or donation. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us on 02890-688572 or email Kim@yfcni.org within 21 days and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management and an administration charge may be applied to cover the cost of administration and or processing the donation.
